Implement continuous improvement measures (5S, Lean, optimization of flows)? Ensure cooperation with industrialization, quality, planning, and maintenance services? Participate in defining and tracking investments in machines and tools? Optimize and improve the machine park. Your skills? Basic technical training: CFC in polymechanician or equivalent? Higher education desired: Federal certificate, Technician-ES in microtechnology or equivalent? Confirmed experience in CNC machining in the watchmaking or microtechnology field? In-depth knowledge of machining processes? Experience in team management with natural leadership and effective communication? Good knowledge of computer tools (ERP, Excel, production tracking software)? Team spirit and analysis, rigor, and results-oriented? Strong interest in quality and continuous improvement? Very good written and oral French skills.
