As Teamleader of an autostradestation, you stand alongside the manager in managing the station. You share with your colleague team leaders the responsibility for the shop, but also the bakery and restaurant. You organize the work and regulate the task distribution so that all colleagues know what they need to do. From following up on administration to achieving sales figures, from offering a listening ear to a helping hand where needed.
