Tasks - You will lead a team of approximately 15-20 employees in terms of both technical and personal guidance, ensuring an economic deployment of personnel. Together with your deputy, you will form a strong leadership duo: you will create short-term and long-term deployment planning, conduct employee interviews, and lead team meetings. To ensure the satisfaction of the team, you will implement guidelines for occupational health promotion and workplace safety. You will establish the framework conditions for good team performance, placing value on quality and compliance with safety regulations. With your engagement, you will lead and develop your team with concrete goals and act as a point of contact and coach. The working hours are either in the 2-shift operation or always at night in the time window from 20:00 to 06:00 am. This also includes regular Sunday deployments (approximately every two weeks). Profile - You bring higher education in the field of logistics (logistics technician/logistics manager) with you, or are willing to further develop yourself in the area of leadership or logistics. Ideally, you have already gained experience in a similar field. You set priorities correctly, are resilient, possess a strong assertiveness and are characterized by an outstanding service-oriented and customer-oriented approach. You possess organizational talent, good communication skills, and appreciate teamwork. The work in the 2-shift operation or at night can be easily integrated into your personal daily routine. Secure German language skills in writing and speaking and expanded MS Office knowledge round out your profile.
