What will you do?
- Leading a team of approximately 40 employees and overseeing the correct functioning
- Optimizing the cutting rooms and improving processes
- Dealing with short deadlines and last-minute customer orders
- Collaborating with the sales department and product responsible to ensure customer satisfaction
- Closely working together with the plant manager and quality service
Profile
What are we looking for?
- Experience in the meat sector and a training as a butcher is an advantage
- Passion for meat, BBQ, and cooking is desired
- Willingness to start early, at 3:30 am or 7 am
- Ability to communicate with the team in different languages
- Sense of responsibility and willingness to perform practical work
