Your tasks
- You will be trained to take on a central and coordinating role within both shifts. You ensure that each shift is started smoothly and that the handover between shifts is efficient.
- You help with starting up the machines and ovens and work with various raw materials such as marzipan, coconut, egg, and flour.
- Based on the production planning, you prepare the correct mixtures and ensure they reach the production line on time.
- During your shift, you are responsible for adjusting and – where necessary – reconfiguring the production line to guarantee optimal production flow.
- You oversee the correct startup of the production lines for the next shift, so they can continue working without interruption.
Profile- You have an A2 diploma or equivalent through relevant experience.
- Physical work is not a problem for you.
- You are eager to learn and open to further training and development.
- You are a true team player and communicate clearly and respectfully.
- You have good technical knowledge and are able to quickly gain insight into machines and production processes.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch.
