Job Description
* Together with your fellow team leaders, you will manage our packing employees and operators.
* You will ensure that all fresh fruits and vegetables are packed on time and according to the applicable regulations.
* Thanks to your strong people skills, you will ensure optimal deployment of employees and raw materials.
* You will conduct performance reviews and actively participate in work meetings.
* You will initiate improvement initiatives and thus contribute to achieving departmental goals. Profile* You hold a bachelor's degree or are equivalent through experience.
* You master Dutch fluently and have a basic knowledge of English.
* You have strong technical insight and are proficient with computers.
* You are willing to work in shifts (early and late shift) and to be available during the weekend.
* Experience in the food industry or in a refrigerated environment is a plus.
* Experience with packaging machines is an absolute must.
* You have a natural talent for leadership and possess strong people skills.
* You remain calm under pressure, are stress-resistant, and think in a solution-oriented manner.
* You show perseverance, always maintain an overview, and know how to set priorities.
