Job Description Your task package - You will be trained to take on a central and coordinating role within both teams. You ensure that each shift starts smoothly and that the handover between teams runs efficiently. - You help with starting up machines and ovens and work with various raw materials such as marzipan, coconut, egg, and flour. - Based on the production planning, you prepare the right mixtures and make sure they reach the production line in time. - Time management is key to ensure that all tasks are completed within the given timeframe. - You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the production process, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. - You will also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations and guidelines. - Your role requires strong communication skills, both verbally and written, as you will be working closely with team members and other departments. - You must be able to work independently and make decisions quickly, while also being able to prioritize tasks effectively. - The ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously is essential for this position. - You will be expected to maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in your work, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. - Your role requires flexibility and adaptability, as you will need to adjust to changing circumstances and priorities. - You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
