Are you ready to lead a team of 40 warehouse employees and make a real impact on the shop floor?
In our dispatch department, we are looking for a driven team leader who loves structure, motivating people, and improving processes.
What you will do
As a team leader, you are the engine behind a smoothly running dispatch department: Together with fellow team leaders, you will manage a team of approximately 40 employees.
You will monitor safety and ensure the correct execution of the logistics process.
You will create staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and actively participate in team meetings.
You will use your people skills to deploy employees efficiently and motivationally.
You will identify bottlenecks and initiate improvements that contribute to departmental goals.
Your role is crucial: you ensure that everything on the floor is correct—from planning to safety.
ProfileWho you are
You have a secondary education diploma (ASO/TSO) or equivalent experience.
You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience as a team leader in a logistics environment.
You speak and write Dutch fluently.
You have technical insight and are digitally proficient. You can work easily with a computer and are administratively strong.
You are willing to work in shifts (early/late) and on weekends.
You are a natural leader: you organize, motivate, and think in solutions.
You prioritize and keep a cool head, even when things are busy.
Safety is always your number one priority.
