Job Description

• You monitor and manage the entire packing process, with a focus on continuity, efficiency, and quality
• You prevent malfunctions where possible and independently intervene in minor technical problems
• For more complex malfunctions, you report them to the right people and actively contribute to sustainable improvements
• You coach, motivate, and guide a team of operators within a dynamic production environment
• You strictly ensure compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines (food context)
• You are responsible for order, cleanliness, and smooth operation of the entire packing department
Profile• You have experience in a leadership role, preferably within a food or production environment
• You combine exemplary behavior, strong social skills, and a results-oriented approach
• You communicate fluently and clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and management
• You possess analytical skills and good technical insight
• You are flexible and work in a 2-shift system with varying start times
o Start at 8:30 AM or 4:00 PM
o Includes weekend work
• You have experience with an electric pallet truck and stacker and possess the correct certification
