For our service station in Pratteln , we are looking for a committed personality as Teamlead Gastronomy immediately or by arrangement. Employment type: Full-time You will lead a small team of around 10-15 people and be responsible for the gastronomic operations at our Raststätte in Pratteln. Your tasks will include, but not be limited to: • Leading and motivating your team to achieve high-quality service and sales targets • Developing and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations • Identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
