Teamleader Engineering Ion Chromatography (w/m/d) The Metrohm AG is a leading company in instrumental, chemical analytics. Our worldwide more than 3'000 employees develop, produce, sell and maintain high-precision measuring instruments for chemical analyses in the laboratory and industrial production processes. As a Teamleader Engineering Ion Chromatography you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians, who develop and maintain instruments for ion chromatography. Your tasks will include planning, organizing and controlling projects, as well as mentoring and coaching your team members. You will also be involved in the development of new products and services, as well as in the optimization of existing ones. In addition, you will represent Metrohm AG at trade fairs and conferences, and contribute to the company's marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering or a related field, several years of experience in a similar role, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of ion chromatography technology. You should also be able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
