Teamleader Drive Systems Mechanics (m/w)

Your Tasks

• Development of new, innovative drive systems, as well as further development and optimization of existing drives
• Leadership and technical guidance of the development team (personnel and technical responsibility), ensuring that project goals are met in terms of functionality, schedule, and budget
• Independent execution of product development, including necessary clarifications with internal departments, suppliers, and certification bodies
• Creation of feasibility studies, construction-related calculations, risk assessments, and tolerance analyses
• Setup, accompaniment, and evaluation of tests to ensure the functional quality, analysis of technical defects, and development of solutions
• Creation and maintenance of the construction data set in CAD and ERP (3D models, drawings, parts lists) as well as provision of technical product documentation for customers

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a university or ETH with at least 5 years of professional experience
• Several years of leadership and project management experience in development projects
• Construction experience and very good 3D-CAD skills (preferably NX)
• ERP knowledge (preferably SAP, material master, parts lists, changes, notifications)
• Good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Determination and decision-making ability, dynamic, analytical, and initiative-oriented work style with coaching mentality
• Open, honest, and loyal team player with a willingness to listen to others' ideas
