Team Leader

As a team leader, you are ultimately responsible for the daily operations of your department in Bruges. What does your day look like?

• You manage your team, follow up on employees, and assist with evaluations.
• You have a good rapport with the department manager, and together you tackle the challenges within the department.
• Coordinate and control daily activities and contribute to them so that products are produced according to the received daily schedule within the set quality and efficiency requirements.
• You also handle the associated administration and controls.
• You can operate, adjust, and clean all (industrial) equipment, and resolve minor malfunctions.
• You coordinate the correct processing of our production orders within the system.

• You don't have to be an IT expert, but you enjoy navigating the ERP system.
