Teamleader Accounting

Function Our client is an international logistics service provider that offers high-end solutions by focusing on flexibility and customer orientation. For the location in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader Accounting who will play a key role within financial operations. As Team Leader Accounting, you will ensure a smooth processing of invoices and contribute to the transformation and improvement of the financial department. You will take the lead in managing the accounting team, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported. Your expertise will be used to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and provide insights for strategic decision-making. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. In addition, you will work closely with other departments to ensure the integration of financial information into business decisions. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or a related field, at least 5 years of experience as an accountant or team leader, and a strong understanding of financial software such as SAP or Oracle. You are fluent in Dutch and English, and have excellent communication skills.
