Will you be our new Team Leader Occupational Medicine?

The external service for prevention and protection at work helps to safeguard the health of employees through medical supervision, risk analyses, and substantive support and training for employees.
- As a team leader in occupational medicine, you will manage a team of **approximately 6** occupational physicians within the province of **Limburg**.
- You will **stimulate, coach, and guide** team members on behavior and performance at every stage of their career, with attention to their personal development and growth.
- You will ensure **synergy** within the team and facilitate a sense of group belonging and interdisciplinary collaboration, both within your region and within Liantis.
- You will stimulate **customer-oriented** thinking and acting within the team.
- You will proactively contribute ideas regarding the organization, strategy, and policy, and you will champion these ideas with conviction.
- You will monitor the workload of employees and oversee the distribution of various tasks. You will focus on the **optimization** of work processes and agreements.
- You will conduct **formal and informal discussions** with team members and will be involved in new hires within the team.
- You will work closely with the team coordinator - customer management and the team leader company nurse and risk management regarding the customers in your region.
Profile Do you recognize yourself in this?
- You are a physician with a specialization/diploma in occupational medicine (prevention advisor – occupational medicine) and preferably have several years of experience in a leadership role.
- You are not afraid to take on a leading role and can facilitate constructive cooperation.
- You are a strong communicator and possess a customer and people-oriented attitude.
- You work in a solution-oriented manner and possess a healthy dose of drive.
- You value integrity highly.
