As a leading figure, you will lead your team of surveillance agents so that the daily operation of your post runs smoothly.
In addition, you are responsible for the monthly planning and administrative follow-up of your post.
As a leading figure, you are the point of contact for the customer and have regular meetings.
You provide guidance where necessary and ensure that all procedures are written down and actually followed up by your team.
You actively think about ways to improve the post and discuss these ideas with your manager.
