Teamleader Account Manager

In this strategically important leadership role, you will be responsible for managing our airline customers and developing key account management sustainably further. Overall responsibility for the management of airline customer accounts as well as professional and disciplinary guidance of Key Account Managers. Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through the identification of relevant decision-makers and a deep understanding of their strategic challenges and priorities. Leadership, Coaching, and Mentoring of team members to achieve business objectives. Development and implementation of effective sales strategies and account plans. Identification and resolution of potential risks and conflicts. Collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and synergy. Continuous improvement of processes and procedures to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty. Führung, Coaching und Mentoring von Teammitgliedern zum Erreichen von Geschäftsziele. Entwicklung und Umsetzung effektiver Vertriebsstrategien und Kundenpläne. Identifizierung und Lösung potenzieller Risiken und Konflikte.
