- Leadership, development, and further training of a team of around 15-20 customer and/or sales advisors
- Management of quality, productivity, and relevant key figures for assigned customer projects
- Conducting coaching, employee reviews, and monitoring with a focus on motivation, quality, and performance
- Ensuring smooth processes as well as imparting and continuously updating project-relevant technical content
- Reviewing project goals, initiating appropriate measures in case of deviations, and preparing relevant reports
What you bring
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
- Experience in sales, customer service, or contact center environments, ideally with leadership experience
- Enjoyment in leading, motivating, and developing employees
- An empathetic, responsible, and goal-oriented personality with a strong sense of quality
- Flawless German language skills, good French or Italian language skills are an advantage
