Job description
Responsibilities:
You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, foster the individual development of your employees, and strengthen service-oriented collaboration
You will establish trusting cooperation with the business departments and management, coordinate different interests, and represent the concerns of your area of responsibility at relevant decision-making levels
You will bear overall responsibility for IT services in stores and logistics locations, ensuring their secure, reliable, and economical operation
You will coordinate requirements from the business, set priorities, and plan the further development of the service offering together with the relevant business and IT departments
You will shape the further development of technical solutions for store operations
You will be responsible for budget and cost planning, ensure compliance with architectural, security, and compliance requirements, and drive the continuous optimization of service quality, automation, and business benefits
Requirements:
You have completed vocational training in the IT field or have a comparable qualification
You have several years of experience in leading and developing IT teams as well as in the responsibility for business-critical IT services in complex corporate or retail structures
You possess sound knowledge in steering and further developing IT services, for example, in service and requirements management, portfolio responsibility, or product ownership
You have experience in budget planning and cost control, managing external service providers, and collaborating with various stakeholders at both specialist and management levels
You understand the requirements of operational retail processes and can reconcile technological solutions with the needs of users
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
