Team Lead (m/f/d) ERP Basis & Development

For our client, one of the leading European providers of fastening systems for piping and plant engineering, we are looking for a Team Lead (m/f/d) ERP Basis & Development at the Villingen-Schwenningen location as soon as possible.

What awaits you:

• Leadership and further development of the ERP systems used at Sikla, with responsibility for the areas of Support, Basis & Authorizations, Development & Integration, Forms, Supply Chain, and international ERP rollouts

• Functional & disciplinary leadership of the ERP Basis & Development team

• Ensuring the stable operation and further development of our ERP systems

• Management of international ERP projects and rollouts

• Control of resources, budgets, and external service providers

• Collaboration with specialist departments to implement efficient business processes and system solutions

What you should bring:

• A successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable relevant vocational training

• Very good SAP knowledge in S4HANA and know-how in other ERP systems, such as Ramsauer & Stürmer, is desirable

• Very good knowledge of project and process management

• Experience in simultaneously holding disciplinary leadership responsibility and functional project management

• Experience in project management in the areas of ERP, RollOut, and Integration

• Several years of professional experience in the ERP environment and good leadership skills

• Strong communication skills

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• High intercultural competence as well as a high willingness to travel internationally within the scope of various projects
