Teamlead Warehouse

What will you do?

As Teamlead Warehouse, you will daily lead a team of warehouse workers and ensure that all logistical processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will distribute tasks, monitor deadlines, coordinate collaborations with other departments, and ensure safety and quality always come first. You are visible on the shop floor, signals bottlenecks, and actively thinks about improvements in work processes. In this role, you motivate your team and know how to get the best out of your people.

Your tasks:

• Leading, coaching, and daily guiding your warehouse team
• Assigning and controlling tasks to be performed
• Maintaining progress and quality of logistical processes
• Caring for a safe, neat, and organized shop floor
• Signaling and solving bottlenecks, reporting to management
• Participating in process improvements and optimizations
• Serving as a point of contact for colleagues, drivers, and other departments

This is you!

• Mbo+ work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of logistics
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within warehouse/logistics
• Proven experience working within a 3PL logistics organization
• You are a true team player and know how to motivate others
• Organizational strong, stress-resistant, and decision-making
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Experience with WMS and MS Office is an advantage
