Team Lead Supply Chain

About this role

You will not manage a standard warehouse flow, but the logistics behind the energy transition. Home batteries, inverters, charging stations: products with lithium compliance, ADR requirements, and a depot network that grows with thousands of installations per year. You will bring three clusters under one management: distribution, supply chain, and returns, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. Simultaneously, you will build something that doesn't exist yet: the return flow is being set up, and you will design it. What you recover will be directly reflected in euros.

You will work in a small, substantively strong team of four to five employees: supply chain planners, distribution coordinators, and a claims control employee. You will be part of the Operations lead team and liaise directly with development, purchasing, and finance. The lines of communication are short, reporting errors is permitted, and taking action is expected. Your work impacts every installation Zonneplan carries out. Every reliable delivery means a family is free from fossil fuels faster, every reuse of material means less waste. This way, you contribute daily to plan Zero.

Requirements:

This is what you bring

• You have at least five years of experience in an operational supply chain or logistics environment, part of which with leadership or coordinating responsibility.
• You think in chains: you see distribution, supply chain, and returns as one flow and understand that a decision on the purchasing side manifests itself months later as obsolete stock or a missed claim.
• You make decisions with incomplete information and do not wait for it. In an operation that experiences daily disruptions, you make tough calls.
• You have demonstrable experience in improving or automating operational processes and are honest about the personnel consequences that come with it.
• You work independently with ERP and WMS systems, substantiate choices with data, and actively retrieve steering information instead of waiting for it.
