Teamlead Software Development (gn) Bike Shop

Your Tasks

Bike2future is the Gebrauchtrad-business of the Bikeleasing Group. As a 100% subsidiary, we combine sustainable mobility with a rapidly growing e-commerce environment. We sell our bikes both in-store and online – and you shape the technical basis for this actively. In this role, you will take over technical responsibility for our new Shopware-based B2C shop, build your own development team, and ensure that we can scale our digital business model. Your Tasks

• You will take over technical responsibility for our Shopware-based online shop – including architecture, plugins, interfaces, and performance.
• You will steer the further development of the shop together with your team, keeping an eye on budget, time, and quality.
• You will establish and optimize development standards such as code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD, and deployments independently.
• You will lead a small development team, expand it further, and support it through coaching, exchange, and clear technical guidelines.
• You will translate requirements from e-commerce, marketing, and product management into technical concepts and prioritize a backlog.

Your Strengths

• You bring several years of experience in web and e-commerce development with PHP, ideally in the Shopware-6 environment.
• You are familiar with object-oriented PHP development, databases like MySQL/MariaDB, and REST/SOAP interfaces.
• You have leadership experience as a Lead Developer, Tech Lead, or Teamlead, and you enjoy making architectural decisions.
• You know agile methods like Scrum or Kanban from everyday life and actively drive modern development processes forward.
• You communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders – this is one of your strengths.
