Your tasks

• You will work closely with a team of up to 6 account managers
• You will coordinate with the other team leads and contribute to the further development of our services
• You will work closely with 1-2 key accounts of the agency that focus heavily on their own online shop for their business model.
• You will ensure the satisfaction of all customers your team serves and help your team scale their customers
• You will conduct feedback discussions with your team and develop your team individually

Qualifications

Your profile

• You have at least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in E-commerce SEA/Google Ads
• You have at least 2 years of management experience
• You already have experience with Google Ads scripts (e.g., for keyword exclusions, labelizers, PMAX analyses) and can meaningfully supplement SEA strategies with them
• You are confident in the conception and implementation of upper funnel strategies with Demand Gen and YouTube and have already implemented such strategies for clients in practice
• You have already optimized data feeds with data feed tools like Channable and know how to present a large number of shopping products more attractively to the target audience
• You are also very familiar with the entire Google ecosystem, especially Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and ideally also YouTube.
• You work in a solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and self-reliant manner
• You enjoy talking to people and know how communication with clients should proceed.
• English should be mastered fluently, both spoken and written.
