• Strategic further development of the team and its services, as well as taking on professional and disciplinary leadership
• Further development and clear documentation of development guidelines and active control of compliance
• Stakeholder management regarding ongoing projects, developments, and current events
• Designing modern SAP solutions from conception to documentation and realizing customer-specific requirements (S/4HANA, H4S4, FIORI, and SuccessFactors) including front-end and back-end development
• Support in the technical planning and execution of operations and maintenance projects (upgrades, patches, and release changes)
• Feasibility studies and PoCs for the use of innovative SAP technologies with interfaces to MS 365, ECM, and Salesforce
• Coordination and management of external service providers to ensure efficient and smooth project execution

• Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in SAP development or technology environment
• Very good knowledge of SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, ABAP CDS, and Fiori/UI5
• Strong technical expertise in cloud and integration scenarios (SAP BTP, OData, REST, API Management)
• Confident use of modern SAP development tools (Eclipse/ADT, Web IDE, Business Application Studio)
• Experience in architecture design, system integration, and standard-based SAP solutions
• ITIL knowledge and experience in incident, problem, and change management
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as very good German and English language skills
