Teamlead Sales (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Teamlead Sales, who not only manages but actively sells, scales, and establishes a performance culture.

You build a scalable sales organization for an AI-based product with genuine market potential. You lead the sales team, develop clear KPIs, and take responsibility for your own strategic deals.

Your goal: planned revenue growth, structured processes, and a high-performance sales setup that establishes Wholix as an AI-First Business Platform in the market. In Germany, Europe, and Asia.

Tasks

• Führung, Aufbau und Entwicklung des Sales-Teams
• Responsibility for revenue and growth targets
• Active closing of Key-Accounts
• Optimization of sales processes, KPIs, and CRM structures
• Introduction of clear performance standards and reporting systems
• Coaching, Sparring, and Performance-Management
• Closeness to the founder

Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales (SaaS or explainable products from an advantage)
• Demonstrated closing strength
• Experience in building or leading a sales team
• KPI-driven, data-based work
• High personal responsibility and implementation strength
• Entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent German and very good English
