In your role as Teamlead, you'll take responsibility for a recruiting team at the Hamburg location. Your focus will naturally lie not only on operational project management but also on budget and revenue responsibility, account management & partnerships, and professional and disciplinary leadership of your team. At the same time, you'll be visible externally, build a strong personal brand, and simply have fun with varied projects.

Aufgaben

• Total responsibility for budget, revenue, and target achievement of your team including active steering of economic performance
• BUILDING, MAINTENANCE, AND EXPANSION OF LONG-TERM CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
• Independent steering of recruiting projects from briefing to successful placement
• Development of individual recruiting strategies including concrete measures and solutions
• Counseling of clients and care for candidates throughout the entire recruiting process and beyond
• Conceptualization and implementation of professional interview and selection processes
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a recruiting team
• Coaching, further development, and performance steering of team members
• Active participation in the Leadership Team and direct cooperation with the management

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in recruiting ideally in personnel consulting/agency
• Experience in steering complex recruiting projects and customer relationships
• Broad understanding of roles in IT and/or digital environments
• Experience in professional and ideally disciplinary leadership
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high self-responsibility, and hands-on mentality
• Pleasure in being visible on LinkedIn, building a personal brand, and actively maintaining your network
• Clear communication and joy in cooperation at eye level
