Team Lead Production

Are you a born leader with a hands-on mentality? As Team Lead Production, you will play a crucial role in our production process in Zele, located in the province of East Flanders, Belgium. Within our company, active in meat processing, you will be responsible for the smooth running of production and the reception of meat. Your tasks include:

• Ensuring trucks arrive at the quay on time and safely;
• Coordinating the unloading of trucks in good cooperation with the reception office;
• Actively participating on the work floor, such as placing meat in plastic crates;
• Efficiently distributing work and team members across the production line;
• Flexibly responding to the absence of colleagues and other team leaders;
• Acting as a central point of contact for production and reception matters, ensuring a smooth process.

You will work in a dynamic environment with a family atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are central.

To be successful as a Team Lead Production, you have:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills;
• The ability to work under time pressure and motivate a team;
• A flexible attitude, willing to start early in the morning (from 3:45 AM) and work up to 50 hours per week;
• Physical fitness and the willingness to work with your hands;
• Immediate availability or the motivation to grow from a starter position to a leadership role.

A background in leadership roles is a plus, but motivated candidates without experience will be given the opportunity to prove themselves.
