Tasks

**What tasks await you as Team Lead Lifestyle PR?
**

Team Leadership and Development:

• Regular one-on-one meetings with team members, setting clear goals, and monitoring team performance.
• Team coaching and professional development with a focus on PR.
• Optimizing workflows and structures in the PR area.
• Managing and planning team-relevant topics in close coordination with management and the HR department.
• Support with personnel matters (e.g., job interviews, onboarding new team members, vacation planning, capacity planning).

Client Consulting and Strategy:

• Taking on an overarching consulting role for all PR clients.
• Leading support and advising PR Managers on projects, strategies, and daily PR work.
• Client consulting & partial active PR work.
• Creating cost estimates and monitoring project progress.
• Active participation in client meetings.
• Support with onboarding new clients (onboarding processes).

Qualifications

**What should you bring?
**

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Brand Communications, ideally Lifestyle PR, and
• Ideally, you are well-connected in the German media landscape.
• You have experience in leading teams.
• You work confidently and reliably with PR tools and corporate management systems.
• You independently define, analyze, and further develop PR KPIs.
• You plan budgets and ensure a balanced relationship between creative output and financial performance.
• You are responsible for billing our PR work and keep an eye on all budget flows.
• You value human relationships and team cohesion.
• You lead empathetically and promote a solution-oriented way of working.
• You establish clear, appreciative communication and feedback processes.
• You are interested in modern leadership and work concepts (New Work).
