Team Lead Night

What does your day look like as a team lead in the night shift in Roeselare?

• You manage a team of about 10-15 employees and motivate, guide, and coach them in their daily activities.
• You provide clear instructions, monitor productivity, and stimulate the further development of your employees.
• You organize staff planning and distribute tasks based on staffing, priorities, and workload, in close cooperation with HR.
• You monitor daily logistic processes and proactively intervene when problems or deviations occur.
• You ensure that safety, quality, and HR procedures are correctly followed.
• You report on the performance of the night shift and formulate proposals to further optimize operations. This also includes the implementation of new processes and systems.

Do you recognize yourself as a night team lead in the following characteristics:

• You have initial experience in people management, preferably within a logistics, production, or operational environment.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, both orally and in writing. This supplemented with a bit of English and French.
• You are strong in organization, stress-resistant, and maintain an overview, even during busy moments.
• You work independently, take initiative, and dare to make decisions.
• You are flexible and will help out if necessary to ensure the continuity of operations.
• You work smoothly with Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP is a great asset.

• We offer you a full-time permanent contract of 37 hours per week, for 5 nights per week in a 6-day work schedule from Sunday night to Friday night.
• You work according to a variable shift schedule within the timeframe between 9 PM and 10 AM with an average of 7h24m per night.
