Teamlead (m/w/d) Strategic Procurement

Tasks

• Further development and implementation of a strategic procurement strategy for the areas of Information Technology and Services, taking into account company goals and budget guidelines.
• Identification of potential cost savings and optimization of procurement processes in the respective areas.
• Selection and evaluation of suppliers, as well as negotiation of contracts and conditions.
• Ensuring compliance with compliance guidelines and quality standards for the procurement of products and services.
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS AND INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
• Market monitoring and analysis of technological trends.
• CLOSE COOPERATION WITH OTHER DEPARTMENTS SUCH AS IT, HR, AND LAW TO ADJUST AND OPTIMIZE THE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY.
• ACCOMPANYING EU-WIDE TENDER PROCEDURES IN COLLABORATION WITH THE TENDER MANAGEMENT TEAM, AS WELL AS CONCLUDING FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS.
• TAKING OVER THE PROFESSIONAL LEADERSHIP OF THE TEAM AND SHAPING AND OPTIMIZING PROCESSES FOR EFFICIENT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROCUREMENT STRATEGY.

Profile

• You hold a completed degree in the field of Business Informatics, Business Administration or comparable qualifications.
• You have relevant professional experience in strategic procurement of IT products and services.
• You have in-depth knowledge of tendering and contract law.
• You possess analytical skills as well as a good understanding of complex technical interdependencies.
• Your profile is rounded off by a high level of engagement and a pragmatic, result-oriented working style with a preference for process efficiency and digitalization.
