Teamlead (m/w/d) Fabrik- and Logistikplanung

In this role, you will lead a team of around 10 employees, strengthen collaboration and development, and ensure that organization, communication, and working environment are optimally interconnected – with plenty of room for your own ideas and co-shaping.

We are a Corporate Start-up of the UNITY Innovation Alliance, specialized in planning and consulting along the value chain. From Fabrik- and Logistikplanung over Systems Engineering to operational project support – we are partners to industry when it comes to implementing projects. Our daily task as a team is to develop customized and sustainable solutions in detail, working together with our customers. We rely on innovative approaches, modern technologies, and comprehensive know-how.

Aufgaben

• Führung & Weiterentwicklung: Disciplinary and professional leadership as well as development of a young and dynamic team of around 10 employees
• Kultur & Organisationsentwicklung: Active shaping of a valuing team culture, as well as the further development of structures and processes within the organization
• Projektleitung: Leadership and active participation in customer projects along Fabrik- and Logistikplanung, including ensuring high advisory quality from your own team
• Standortkommunikation: Organization and moderation of site communication, including exchange formats and events in cooperation with our sister companies and with active presence at the Stuttgart location
• Schnittstellen & Vernetzung: Close cooperation and coordination with corporate management, HR, and other internal interfaces within the overall organization

Qualifikation

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, business administration or a comparable subject area
• Fundamental professional experience in leading customer projects in the Fabrik- and Logistikumfeld as well as (first) professional experience in team leadership
• Mentally oriented, empathetic personality with high communication and moderation strength internally and externally
• High degree of self-initiative, self-reliance, and willingness to show presence at the location
• Passion for actively shaping the organization, cooperation, and corporate culture
