We are looking for an experienced professional who gets their heart beating faster by complex maintenance questions and leading technical professionals. And do you have a completed HBO education in the direction of Mechanical Engineering, E&I or Asset Management and experience in a leadership role? Then we're looking for you!
Teamlead Maintenance Engineering
Fulltime (40 hours)
As Teamlead Maintenance Engineering at Cosun Beet Company, you will take on a crucial role within our organization. You will lead the Maintenance Engineering department with disciplines Mechanical Engineering, E&I, Asset Management and SAP-PM. Additionally, you will support the department by coaching, addressing specific questions, and determining the right priorities.
What will you do?
- You will give direct leadership to the Maintenance Engineering team
- You will ensure clear roles, tasks, responsibilities, and authorities within the team
- You will coach team members both individually and in a team setting
- You will set clear goals with your team and monitor progress via monthly reports (KPIs)
- You will ensure the right organizational structure within your department
Asset Management & Maintenance Strategy
- You will support the setup of medium-term and long-term maintenance strategy
- You will monitor and update the Long Term Asset Plan (LTAP)
- You will submit investment and project requests
- You will analyze and report OEE/OPE measurements, machine performance, and other maintenance KPIs
- You will implement and maintain the principles of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Innovation & Improvement
- You will proactively suggest innovations for both existing and new installations
- You will ensure the setup and updating of the SAP information system
- You will monitor quality, environmental, and safety standards
- You will manage the department's budget efficiently and effectively
- You will continuously improve processes and systems
Functie-eisen
What do you bring?
- HBO work and thinking level (for example: Mechanical Engineering, E&I or Asset Management)
- Ruime experience in the process industry, preferably within the food industry
- Aantoonbare experience in a leadership role
- Technical knowledge of maintenance systems and asset management
- Experience with SAP-PM or comparable maintenance systems
- You are a natural people manager with excellent communication skills
- You have a proactive, solution-oriented work attitude
- A strong awareness of quality, safety, and the environment
- Strong skills in planning, organizing, and progress monitoring
- Experience with TPM is a plus
