As Team Leader, you will lead a logistics team and be responsible for improving processes, achieving department goals, and ensuring quality and efficiency. You will be an important link in realizing customer satisfaction and operational growth.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Maintain optimal functioning of the department
• Improve productivity and efficiency
• Suggest process improvements
• Minimize errors and shorten processing times
• Communicate and consult within and outside the department
• Execute personnel policy and department planning
• Account for Supervisor's absence
• Become involved in continuous improvement initiatives

Function requirements:

• MBO work and thinking level
• Experience in managing warehouse employees
• Knowledge of logistical processes and WMS systems (preferably PKMS)
• Strong communication skills
• Control of Dutch and English
• Experience with ISO 9001 quality procedures
• Flexible, stress-resistant, and willing to work overtime
• Willingness to work in different shifts
