Team Lead IT Infrastructure (m/f/d)

Our client is an innovative software company with a focus on the development of intelligent automation and digitalization solutions for complex technical infrastructures. With many years of expertise, its own powerful software platform, and well-known customers from the telecommunications environment, the company supports international projects for digitalization and process automation. For the location in the Rhine-Main region, we are looking for a dedicated personality who will further develop the team with technical know-how and leadership competence and drive forward future-proof IT solutions.

Location: Rhine-Main Region | Start Date: according to personal availability

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the internal IT infrastructure and its strategic further development
• Conception, architecture, and optimization of network, servers, storage, clients, and virtualization
• Responsibility for IT security, backup, monitoring, IAM, and business continuity
• Establishment and further development of ISMS, ISO 27001, and BSI Grundschutz
• Design and operation of modern DevOps, CI/CD, container, and cloud environments
• Management of IT service providers, technology partners, and IT budgets

Qualifications

• Completed technical degree, IT training, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the conception, operation, and optimization of complex IT infrastructures
• In-depth knowledge of network, IT security, Linux/Windows, servers, storage, and virtualization
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and container and cloud technologies
• In-depth knowledge of ISMS, ISO 27001, and BSI Grundschutz
• Structured, independent way of working and very good German and English skills
