Teamlead IT Infrastructure

Are you the experienced IT Teamlead who can take our team to a higher level? With us, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen and renew the digital backbone of a growing international organization. What will you do with us? In this role, you'll be both strategically and operationally involved. You'll be responsible for our entire IT infrastructure and lead a team of four expert System & Network Engineers. Leadership: We count on you to coach and motivate our team, to ensure that they are well-equipped to handle the challenges we face. Your task is to create an environment in which our employees can grow and develop, both professionally and personally. You'll also be responsible for ensuring that our IT infrastructure is aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes developing and implementing strategies for the use of technology, as well as ensuring that our systems are secure and reliable. In addition to your technical expertise, you'll need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
