Teamlead Implementation Projects (w/m/d/x)

Your Role

As “Teamlead Implementation Projects (w/m/d/x)” you are responsible for implementing customer-specific requirements based on our existing SaaS platform.
You prioritize and manage the implementation backlog, coordinate technical implementation, and ensure that customer projects are delivered efficiently, planably, and in high quality.
While working closely with Customer Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineering colleagues, you will steer the team organizationally.

• Responsibility for the team's backlog
• Analyzing, structuring, and prioritizing requirements in collaboration with Customer Delivery Managers
• Translating technical requirements into clear technical user stories and acceptance criteria
• Safeguarding timeliness, quality, and transparency in the delivery process
• Ongoing maintenance and further development of implementation standards
• Ongoing team development and process improvement, particularly with regard to skillset, efficiency, and scalability.
• Establishing clear KPIs and transparency on progress and utilization

What You Bring

• You bring at least 5 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role with project responsibility, preferably in the B2B SaaS field.
• You are experienced as a leader, particularly in motivating leadership and targeted employee development.
• You are proficient in agile methods such as Scrum and familiar with related processes and tools.
• Very good German and English skills (C1)
• Good understanding of software development, APIs, integrations, and platform architectures
• Experience in collaboration with external service providers or near/offshore teams
• Experience in the insurance or InsurTech field is a plus, but not mandatory.
