Your Tasks

• Fundamental and disciplinary leadership of a larger team consisting of project leaders, technicians, and other specialists
• Total responsibility for the coordination and management of projects and team members in plant engineering
• Participation as an active project leader in project planning, design, and implementation of projects in the areas of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitation
• Coordination and management of projects and team members (project leaders, technicians, assembly etc.)
• Design and review of technical plans and drawings
• Ensuring timely, qualitative, and cost-effective implementation of projects
• Closely working with internal and external interfaces, including coordination with the parent company
• Presentation and communication of project progress in German and ideally also in English

Your Profile

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, college, FH) with solid building technology knowledge
• At least 2-3 years of leadership experience of a smaller team in the technical environment
• Fundamental project experience in the field of building engineering projects
• Negotiable experience as Senior Project Leader in plant engineering or building technology
• Fundamental knowledge of industrial plant engineering
• Safe handling of 3D-CAD systems, preferably REVIT
• Good English skills are an advantage
• Outstanding teamwork, organizational skills, and entrepreneurial thinking
• High customer orientation, pronounced sense of responsibility, and motivation

We offer a gross monthly salary on a full-time basis from € 85,000,-/year. The actual salary will be determined by your individual qualifications and work experience.
