As Teamlead (gn) Product Development Bars, you will take on the role of Teamlead for our Bar team and become part of the best product development team for sports nutrition and supplements in Europe. With your experience, you'll make our More Nutrition Bars even better – from the first idea to the shelf.

Your Mission with us

• You will lead the Bar development team professionally and disciplinarily and develop the team members through coaching and feedback
• You are responsible for the strategic further development of the Bar portfolio in close coordination with Management, Marketing, and Operations
• You prioritize development projects and take over resource and capacity planning in the team
• You steer end-to-end product development projects from idea to recipe to scale-up to launch
• You develop and optimize recipes with a focus on taste, texture, functionality, and stability
• You test new raw materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes and implement them technically
• You ensure shelf life stability, product quality, and reproducible results
• You work closely with production partners at scale-up and industrialization
• You are the technical point of contact for Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain
• You build strategic supplier and producer relationships and develop them further
• You develop and standardize development, test, and documentation processes
• You ensure high quality, safety, and work safety standards
• You test and resolve technical challenges along the entire product lifecycle

Your Experience & Skills

• You have a completed degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Nutrition Science, or a comparable education with relevant industry experience
• You have at least 5-8 years of professional experience in developing protein, functional, or snack bars
• You have proven experience in leading teams or managing complex development projects
• You bring a deep understanding of recipe development, raw material functionality, texture, stability, and shelf life
• You have experience in scale-up and industrial implementation of products
• You work safely with sensory evaluation and product optimization
• You are convinced by outstanding leadership and communication skills
• You work structured, self-responsible, and decision-making
• You combine a hands-on mentality with strategic thinking
• You bring a high sense of quality, safety, and responsibility
• You have secure German and English language skills
