As Team Lead People Operations, you will take responsibility for our operative HR team and shape efficient, scalable, and service-oriented HR processes for a diverse work environment – from our blue-collar employees at our production and logistics site to our international white-collar teams.

Your Mission With Us

• You will lead and develop our People Operations team both professionally and disciplinarily, fostering the individual development of your employees.
• You will ensure the smooth running of all operative People Operations processes from entry to exit and guarantee a high level of service quality.
• You will optimize and standardize HR processes together with your team and the relevant departments, and continuously develop our HR system landscape.
• You will identify potential for efficiency and ensure that our People Operations are scalable, sustainable, and future-proof.
• You will work closely with the Head of People OPS, implement strategic initiatives within the team, and contribute your own ideas for the further development of the People area.
• You will support your team with complex employment law issues, special personnel cases, and demanding operational challenges.
• You will be responsible for the quality of our operational processes, manage preparatory (including international) payroll accounting, and use key figures for continuous optimization.
• You will ensure that our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met, tracked, and continuously developed.

Your Experience & Skills

• You have several years of professional experience in People Operations, HR Administration, or a comparable generalist HR function.
• You already have leadership experience or have successfully managed teams professionally and want to take the next step.
• You have experience in supporting blue-collar employees or in the blue-collar environment.
• You possess a sound understanding of operational HR processes and employment law contexts.
• You have experience in optimizing processes, identifying efficiency potentials, and implementing sustainable improvements.
• You think analytically, act pragmatically, and do not lose sight of the big picture even in a dynamic environment.
• You are able to bring people along, delegate responsibility, and further develop a high-performing team.
• You work independently, in a structured, and solution-oriented manner.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
