As Teamleiter Financial Planning & Analysis (m/w/d), you will take on a central role in the financial management of the company. You will lead the team through the entire planning and forecasting process, develop scalable models, and deliver decision-relevant analyses for management. In this interface function, you will work closely with internal departments, investors, and external stakeholders to ensure that financial risks are recognized early and investments are steered towards goals.

About the Role

• Monthly Closing, Financial Analysis & Reporting
  • Participation in monthly closing including reconciliations, comments, and derivation of deviation analyses
  • Analysis of GuV, balance sheet, and cash flow to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
  • Creation of management reports including interpretation of relevant KPIs
• Risk Management & Compliance
  • Identification of financial risks and development of countermeasures
  • Ensuring that statutory requirements and internal guidelines are complied with in all financial processes
• Team Leadership & Communication
  • BUILDING, LEADING, AND DEVELOPING A 3-PERSON TEAM INCLUDING TRAININGS IN FINANCIAL PROCESSES AND TOOLS
  • CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS (E.G. INVESTORS, BANKS)
• Corporate Cost Allocations
  • FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTERNAL COST ALLOCATION METHOD
  • ENSURING CORRECT SETTLEMENT OF OVERHEADS

About You

• SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A DEGREE IN BUSINESS OR ECONOMICS, PREFERABLY WITH MBA OR CPA/CMA
• MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL PLANNING OR CONTROLLING, IDEALLY IN AN INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENT
• VERY GOOD EXCEL SKILLS AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE WITH BI/REPORTING TOOLS
• OUTSTANDING ANALYTICAL SKILLS AND MODELING COMPETENCE
• VERY GOOD GERMAN AND ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE (LEVEL C1)
