Onepage GmbH is an AI-first SaaS company that has set itself the goal of making it easy for every entrepreneur to build modern, fast, and conversion-strong websites and landing pages. With Onepage AI 2.0, we're building a bridge between Vibe Coding and No-Code: sections and layouts are created per prompt – and remain fully controllable in the visual editor afterwards. Your Tasks

• Team Leadership: You are the point of contact for your online marketing team, continuously develop this team further, and provide constructive feedback.
• Strategy Development: You develop the company's marketing strategy together with the management board and select marketing channels, communication concepts, and target-group-specific measures that match this.
• Campaign Responsibility: You coordinate various performance marketing channels and are responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, reporting, and preparing analyses, such as Google Analytics.
• Campaign Optimization: You work actively on optimizing these campaigns.
• Brand & Performance: With your in-depth knowledge of brand and performance marketing, you ensure the further development of our brand and effective reach expansion with creative ideas and data-driven approaches.
• Interface Management: You act as an interface to other departments and external service providers.

Your Profile

• Education: You have successfully completed your studies in a subject-related field (e.g. economics, media or communication sciences, e-commerce) or equivalent training.
• Experience: You have several years of experience in the online marketing sector, ideally in a SaaS environment.
• Fundamental Knowledge: Data-driven processes excite you and you have very good knowledge of various performance marketing channels.
• Team Leadership: You have already successfully led a team and can motivate this team.
• People Skills: You bring excellent communicative skills, empathy, and high social competence.
• Mindset: You have a strong organizational talent, set clear priorities, and keep track of various tasks. Your profile is rounded off by creativity and a hands-on mentality.
• KI Competence: You have a solid understanding of how generative KI – especially Claude – works and where it creates real added value. Prompt Engineering is not just a buzzword for you, but a tool that you use consciously and pass on to your team.
• Language: You have very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
