Aufgaben

The Mission: Strategy in Code

We work at the forefront of ERP modernization in the SAP field. We optimize our internal processes through process automation and develop innovative products for the external market.

As Teamlead Development, you are the operational right-hand man of the Head of Innovations. Your main task is to understand strategic goals and visionary ideas, evaluate them technically, and translate them into a pragmatic and executable roadmap for your team. You are the "translator" between business strategy and excellent full-stack engineering.

Your Tasks

• Strategic Sparring & Translation: You work with the Head of Innovations together. You take impulses on board and transform them into operational tasks, always keeping the business value and technical feasibility in mind.
• Operative Leadership & Player-Coach: You lead a small team without rigid sprints. We work flexibly and result-oriented – you ensure that the PS gets to the road and pack as a full-stack developer yourself.
• Vibe Coding & AI-Speed: You use KI tools systematically (Vibe Coding), to massively increase development speed. You know how to get from prototype to product with KI support.
• Fullstack Development (Backend-Focus): You accompany projects throughout the entire stack (React, PHP, Python). Your focus lies on stable backend logics, while you ensure the frontend safely.
• Interface to ERP World: You have experience with SAP Business One? Perfect! If you handle the service layer and database structures securely, that's a massive advantage for integrating our products.
• Process Automation: You implement and optimize workflows with n8n, to streamline internal processes and enhance external products.

Qualification

• Modern Senior Mindset: You have experience in leading small teams and master the tech stack (PHP, Python, React/TS, Linux/Ubuntu) securely in application – you don't need to be a "Deep Diver" in every language, but a sovereign generalist.
• Translator Qualities: You can pour complex business requirements into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Differentiated Pragmatism: You decide wisely when an 80% solution is sufficient for market testing and where 100% precision (e.g., in core logics) is essential.
• Communication: You speak fluent German to express yourself precisely in strategic alignment and documentation.
