Team Lead CRM (Marketing) (m/f/d)

For an established company in the retail and consumer environment, we are looking for a Team Lead CRM who wants to further develop data-driven CRM with a clear performance focus. Young, dynamic work environment and good development opportunities. In a mix of home office (40%) and on-site work. Location: Greater Bremen area.

Responsibilities

Goal: Steering and optimizing cross-channel CRM campaigns

• Analysis of customer data and KPIs to derive effective measures
• Development of segmentation, trigger, and personalization logic
• Technical responsibility for CRM channels such as newsletters, direct mail, app, and print
• Leading the team in day-to-day business as well as close collaboration with marketing, IT, and other interfaces
• Thinking from the customer's perspective and implementing effective campaigns accordingly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM / data-driven marketing
• Team lead experience desirable, but not a must
• Very good understanding of performance, customer journey, and marketing automation
• Very good process understanding for the sub-disciplines in CRM (newsletters, direct mailings, loyalty programs, analytics)
• Experience with CRM systems / automation tools
• A good sense for user journeys and customer lifetime campaigns
