Teamlead Creative Team (all genders)

We are looking for?

As Teamlead Creative, you will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of our Creative Teams and shape the visual identity of our brands Gamma Sales, STARFACE, and estos actively. With your expertise in the field of Design, Brand Management, and Creative Management, you will ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence across all touchpoints and bring creative projects effectively to the streets.

Your Tasks

• Leadership and Development of the Creative Teams (Graphic, Motion Design, Video)
• Strategic and Operational Responsibility for Corporate Design and the overarching strategy of all brands
• Closely Coordinated and Communication with Konzern-Stakeholders, Marketing, Communication, and External Parties
• Steering, Prioritization, and Optimal Resource Allocation of the Creative Teams
• Surety of a consistent, brand-overarching presence across all touchpoints
• Development and Implementation of Effective Creative Projects - from Event Designs to Print and Digital Measures
• Quality Control of creative deliverables and further development of processes and standards in the Creative Field

Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience in the field of Creative/Brand Management, Art Direction, or a comparable role with clear leadership and management involvement
• Demonstrable experience in leading and developing a creative team
• A strong sense for aesthetics, brand management, and consistent designs across various media
• Very good knowledge of relevant creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud etc.) and a high understanding of Digital- and Motion-Design
• Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
• A structured and solution-oriented work approach, as well as the ability to prioritize, allocate resources, and manage processes in the creative field
• A high quality standard, hands-on mentality, and joy in further developing creative standards
