Team Lead Creation & AI (m/f/d)

Then we want to get to know you! At addfame, you will take over the leadership of our creation team, combining art direction, campaign understanding, and AI-supported content production. You will be responsible not only for creative quality and team development but also actively contribute yourself to concepts, campaigns, and client projects. Your personality is at least as important to us as your professional qualifications.

Your diverse range of tasks

• Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of our creation team
• Development of creative key ideas, campaigns, and visual worlds for social media and digital brand communication
• Responsibility for creative quality across clients and projects, as well as active participation in conception and design
• Further development of our AI-supported creative processes and use of generative AI for ideas, visual worlds, and moving images
• Planning of capacities, priorities, and resources, as well as management of internal and external creatives
• Preparation of effort estimations, service descriptions, and calculations, as well as monitoring of project budgets and additional service needs
• Presentation of creative concepts and workshops to clients, as well as participation in pitches and the development of existing clients

Your convincing profile

• Several years of professional experience in art direction, digital creation, or a comparable creative role
• Demonstrable experience in the technical and/or disciplinary leadership and development of employees
• A portfolio that showcases strong ideas, consistent campaigns, and high design quality, especially in social media, digital campaigns, and moving images
• Conceptual strength combined with practical implementation competence, as well as confident use of the Adobe Creative Cloud
• In-depth practical experience with generative AI and targeted control of results through prompting, references, and art direction
• Good understanding of brand communication, platform mechanics, and performance creation
• Experience in handling offers, calculations, resources, and project budgets
• Confident demeanor towards clients as well as clear, appreciative communication
• Enjoyment of taking responsibility, making decisions, delegating, and simultaneously actively contributing creatively yourself
• Experience with classic and AI-supported photo and video productions, scalable production workflows, or building a creation team is a plus
