Team Lead Azure Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• You lead the team technically and disciplinarily and develop employees in a targeted manner
• You lead the further development and automation of a modern cloud platform and manage central services within the Azure environment
• You design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code solutions with Terraform and Bicep and ensure standardized deployment and configuration of cloud resources
• Together with the responsible stakeholders, you analyze requirements and translate them into concrete technical tasks and prioritized work packages
• In the event of technical disruptions and complex error patterns, you take over the analysis, isolation, and sustainable resolution of the underlying causes

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Proven leadership experience and the willingness to lead a team technically and disciplinarily
• Practical experience with public cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform and Bicep
• Knowledge in areas such as cloud governance, policy management, central logging, and automated deployments
• Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile
