Teamlead Automation Engineering (m/w/d)

We are seeking an experienced individual for the further development of device manufacturing with a focus on automation and injection molding in an exclusive project for an internationally successful medical technology company.

Location: Stuttgart

Travel activity: Focus on Southern Germany & DACH, occasionally EU-wide, and occasionally USA

Tasks

• Strategic and operational further development of device manufacturing (automation & injection molding)
• Leading a team of experts for injection molding and packaging development
• Implementation and industrialization of GMP-compliant production processes
• Standardizing technical requirements within an international device network
• Responsibility for project management, quality, and regulatory compliance (including FDA cGMP, ISO 13485)

Qualification

• Studies in the field of Automation Engineering or comparable alternative: technical training with relevant professional experience
• Multiple years of experience in manufacturing automation, ideally medical technology
• Leadership experience in technical or interdisciplinary teams
• Experience in managing complex automation projects
• Very good German and English skills as well as travel readiness
