To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and leadership-strong personality to lead our financial and accounting department. In this responsible position, you will take over the technical and organizational leadership of the area, ensure proper closing preparation according to HGB (possibly IFRS) and be responsible for tax compliance and liquidity management. With your profound expertise, your certification security, and your eye for efficient, digital processes, you will significantly contribute to the financial stability and further development of our company.

Tasks

• Fachliche und organisatorische Leitung des Finanz- und Rechnungswesens
• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (ggf. IFRS)
• Erstellung von Anhang, Lagebericht und relevanten Kennzahlen
• Sicherstellung steuerlicher Compliance (insbesondere Umsatzsteuer, Körperschaftsteuer und Gewerbesteuer)
• Erstellung und Abstimmung der Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen
• Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfungen
• Überwachung von Liquidität, Cashflow und Working Capital
• Verantwortung für ERP- und Finanzsysteme sowie Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen
• Ansprechpartner:in für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater, Banken und Behörden

Qualification

• Completed studies in the field of BWL/Finance/Accounting or Certified Public Accountant (IHK)
• Multiple years of experience in financial and accounting with leadership responsibility
• Certification security according to HGB, ideally IFRS and consolidated accounting
• Very good knowledge of tax law
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, MS Dynamics, DATEV) as well as very good Excel skills
• Experience in setting up and developing internal control systems (IKS)
