Job Description
From their warehouse, they ensure fast and reliable delivery to pharmacies every day.

Tasks:

- You ensure efficient personnel planning and daily support for both Assistant Team Coaches and warehouse employees in their work.
- You ensure that orders are prepared on time, correctly, and efficiently, so that customers can count on excellent service.
- Quality is central for you: you follow procedures, ensure order and tidiness in the warehouse, and oversee compliance with internal and external quality guidelines.
- You build strong knowledge of the warehouse management system, monitor key KPIs, and analyze processes to continuously optimize operations.
- You actively contribute to improvements, develop them, and guide colleagues through changes to ensure successful implementation.
- You report directly to the Team Leader Warehouse.
Profile
- You have experience in leading, coaching, and motivating a team and find satisfaction in seeing colleagues grow.
- You work in an organized, accurate, and hands-on manner, with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency.
- You are a strong communicator, provide constructive feedback, and actively contribute to improvements.
- You are decisive, can set priorities, and maintain an overview in a dynamic environment.
- You have a positive and entrepreneurial attitude and readily take responsibility.
- You are proficient with digital systems such as MS Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- You are willing to work a flexible schedule, including a rotation on Saturdays and potential support in other shifts during absences.
